Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all information, materials, and services available through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any representation or warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Intervention expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

- Any warranty that defects in the Site's functionality will be corrected within any specific timeframe.
Informational content published on the Site — including articles, guides, and technology overviews — is intended for general informational purposes only and does not constitute professional technical, legal, financial, or commercial advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on information found on the Site.
Intervention makes no representation that the Site or its content is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction outside Brazil. Access to the Site from territories where its content may be unlawful is prohibited, and those who choose to access the Site from such locations do so on their own initiative and at their own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Intervention Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda, its directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use the Site or its content, even if Intervention has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This limitation applies to all causes of action, including but not limited to: damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site; reliance on information obtained through the Site; unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; statements or conduct of any third party on or through the Site; and any other matter relating to the Site.
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, Intervention's aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of (i) the amount you paid to Intervention, if any, in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (ii) BRL 500.00 (five hundred Brazilian reais).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Intervention Soluções Tecnológicas Ltda, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
- Your access to or use of the Site in a manner that violates these Terms.
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right, including intellectual property rights or rights of privacy.
- Any content you submit, post, or transmit through the Site, including any claims that such content is false, misleading, or defamatory.
- Your impersonation of any person or entity, or your misrepresentation of your affiliation with any person or organization.
Intervention reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you. In such a case, you agree to cooperate fully with Intervention's defense of that claim. You shall not settle any claim that imposes any obligation, restriction, or liability on Intervention without Intervention's prior written consent.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including any questions of their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, for the resolution of any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Site. You hereby irrevocably waive any objection to the laying of venue in such courts and any claim that such courts constitute an inconvenient forum.
For disputes involving matters governed by Brazilian consumer protection law (Law No. 8.078/1990), the rules established by that statute regarding jurisdiction and consumer rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision in these Terms, to the extent required by law.
Changes to These Terms
Intervention reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms of Use at any time and for any reason, at our sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, take additional steps to notify users of significant updates — such as posting a notice on the homepage of the Site or sending a communication to registered contacts.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after any revised Terms have been posted constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the Site.
Minor revisions — such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections to typographical errors, or updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. We will always indicate the date of the most recent revision via the "Last updated" line displayed on this page.
